  • Initial consultation 1 - 2 hours:
    I meet the homeowner to discuss the individual selling situation and needs.
  • Customized inspection 2 - 4 hours:
    Given the staging parameters that the owner and I have discussed, I examine the entire home. I scrutinize the inside, outside, basement and attic, while taking notes.
  • Customized Report 1 - 2 hours:
    I write up a customized report of the entire house both inside and outside. This starts with the most essential tasks that may include a deep clean, repairs, furniture placement and art rearranging. I also include a timeline with a list of professional services such as handymen to perform some of the small repairs. At this point we discuss a "plan of action". My goal is to prepare a Customized Report that is cost effective giving the owner at least 100% return on all investment, as well as reduce the days on market.
  • Plan of Action 1 - 2 hours:
    The owner and I meet and discuss the recommendations and timeline. From here we establish a Plan of Action. With this individualized plan I go to work and the Magic begins.
